Economic and environmental interests frequently conflict in water use. Water legislation attempts to mediate between these differing claims in order to protect the environment. The new Water Resources Management Act (WHG) and further specific enabling regulations in the Water Resources Management Act implement compulsory European requirements uniformly across Germany. These include the national Ordinance on Facilities Handling Substances Hazardous to the Aquatic Environment (AwSV). Our services include:
- instruction and training sessions
- permit and licensing procedures under water legislation
- wastewater disposal concepts (indirect and direct discharge)
- wastewater levy declarations
- storage of substances hazardous to the aquatic environment
- radiation exposure of flora and fauna
