Our QMS is not solely intended to meet our customers’ stringent quality requirements, but also reflects our efforts to ensure we provide our services efficiently and in a targeted manner and acknowledges the necessity for continuous development and improvement.
The QMS and the individual processes are subject to a continuous improvement process. In particular, monitoring customer satisfaction is one of the tasks integral to the QMS which is intended to ensure continuous improvement.
The effectiveness of the QMS is evaluated at regular intervals by the Managing Directors in the light of experience and the associated quality records.
